The Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce (KFCC) has decided not to sign Ramya for any movie for one year. Film producers in Karnataka have slapped a year-long ban on Film actress Ramya, following her rift with producer A Ganesh.

The popular actress had earlier announced her decision to quit the film industry after the controversy with Ganesh, producer of ‘Dandam Dashagunam’, production of which has just concluded. She went public with the spat and said Ganesh had not returned Rs 9 lakh he had borrowed from her. She had also boycotted the audio release of the film.
