Film Anand fame Raja is a Telugu film actor born on 9 November 1978 as Raja Abel in Vizag. Raja’s father comes from Bhramin family whereas his mother is from Christian family from London, both his parents passed away, his mother died of cancer and father with cardiac arrest. Raja has two sisters who have got married.

Raja had his school education at St. Andrew’s High School, Saidabad, and did his Intermediate education at Vikas Residential college. But discontinued his studies.

Actor Raja entered into Telugu film industry with his first movie O Chinnadana opposite heroine Gajala and actor Srikanth.  Though his career started with many flops but still his perfomance was praised and won many accolades.  He palyed many supporting roles in many films alonside Mahesh Babu in Arjun which made noticed by everyone in the industry.

Atlast Raja got break in movies with Anand directed by Shekar Kammula paired with Kamilini Mukerji who even got break with this movie, this film won 7 Nandi Awards.

Then Raja acted in film Aa Naluguru as son of Dr.Rajaendra Prasad which was a bit hit. Film Vennela acted by debutant NRIs which was mostly filmed in USA was another hit in his career.

Though he did only few films, Raja has craze in audience with his movies and is still entertaining them, and is enjoying his present position in the film field.
