Nitin Reddy was born on March 30, 1983 as Nalla Nitin Reddy in Hyderabad, to film distributor Mr.Sudhakar Reddy and he has one sister. From his childhood days, being the son of film distributor Nitin was very fond of movies and used to watch them first day first show. This keen interest in movies made Nitin to discontinue his studies when he got a chance to act films. Nitin’s career started with the sensational hit Telugu film Jayam directed by Teja.

This followed a major break in his career with another hit film Dil directed by V.V. Vinayak. His third film was his first flop, Sambaram. The ending offside was simply marvelous and his part in the end made him all the more attractive. Most say that their favorite film of Nitin is Sye for His simple charm and sexy looks. Aatadista, Victory, Drona were flops. His films (Dhairyam, Allari Bullodu, Raam, Hero) did not stand up to expectations even though some were directed by experienced film makers.

Nitin acted in the film Sri Anjaneyam, which was another diappointment for the hero Nitin and director Krishna Vamsi.Then later Nitin got his fame back with S.S. Rajamouli’s film Sye in which he could attract the audience with his new hot look. His mannerisms as bad boy charm and his good hearted nature made him an instant heart throb amongst the female audiences. In the film Victory, Nitin’s newly acquired six-pack for this film who again worked with his costar from Sye Shashank could not reach to the audience expectations.

In 2009 he did his first Bollywood movie which is a Ram Gopal Varma film his co-star will be Nisha Kothari; the film will be released on August 7th2009.
