Manchu Vishnu Profile

Vishnu Manchu the chairperson of his fathers educational trusts and is a reliable actor in Telugu films was born as Manchu Vishnu Vardhan Babu on November 23, 1979 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu to a versatile and legend actor Dr. M. Mohan Babu who is a politician, and educator. His mother is Smt. Nirmala Devi Manchu, his elder sister, Lakshmi, is an actress in Hollywood, California, and a producer of South Indian films and his younger brother, Manoj, is also an actor in both the Telugu and Tamil cinema.

Vishnu acted as child artist at the age of four when he appeared in “Ragile Gundelu” which was his first love for acting emerged.

Vishnu Manchu graduated from Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College B.Tech in Computer Science and Information Technologies, then migrated to Los Angeles, California, where he took several courses in film acting and direction.and studied martial arts there.

Vishnu Manchu debut film was Vishnu directed by Shaji Kailas in which he worked as an SPFX supervisor as he had an interest in special effects, next film “Saleem” was shot on locations throughout Europe, India, and Thailand. But Vishnu got break in films with a movie Vastaadu Naa Raaju though was an average hit.

Manchu Vishnu ventured into production and as produuced two films Yamajaathakuduin  and “Sri”. Though Manchu Vishnu Vardhan is from filmy background he has a very less films which are hardly successful.

Vishnu Manchu is the CEO of MBC and SVET (Sree Vidyanikethan Educational Trust), a university chain of five colleges , and oversees several companies of their familylike : Sree Lakshmi Prasanna Pictures, Think Smart, and 24 Frames Factory.

Actor Vishnu Manchu married Viranica daughter of YS Sudheekar Reddy and Smt. Vidya Reddy on 1st March 2009 in Hyderabad.

The actor Vishnu Manchu sponsor’s the ICL Indian Cricket League team, the Hyderabad Heroes.
