Maaro Movie Review
The fate of Nitin as an actor is smashed with the series of continuous flops he had produced in the past. After ‘Jayam’, ‘Dil’ and some more average movies, Nitin made no hit at the box-office. Nitin tried his luck yet again in the summer race with the movie Maro under the banner Sri Rajeshwarii Films produced by Mamiladala Srinivas, Venu and others directed by malyalam director Siddik. Meera Chopra acted as the female lead in the movie and music is by Mani Sharma and dialogs are by Chintapalli Ramana. Maaro came out facing all the odds created by Meera Chopra and was delayed and at last released.
Story:
Sundaram (Nitin) is a graduate who is in search of job. Before that a bank robbery takes place in the city. In that incident a girl dies and the manager of the bank dies. His brother Rajmohan (Abbas), along with Kota Srinivasa Rao (Ex-Minister) involves in the bank robbery case. Sundaram aim is to catch the real culprit. He takes help of TV Show anchor Priya (Meera Chopra) knowing that Priya knows Rajmohan. Priya is revealed to be the daughter of the manager of the bank, that was robbed. Later Priya knows that Rajmohan hadn’t deserted Sundaram, but Sundaram has been avoiding him. Who is Sundaram? What is the real Story? Who is Mr. Murthy forms the rest of the story.
Analysis:
The movie which starts of with some confusion goes smooth later for a while, director should be appreciated for his excellent screenplay which created a doubt whether hero is the villain and villain is the hero but after which the movie gets back to the routine Nitin movie without much entertainment testing the patience of the audience, since the movie was not released from a long time almost all the technicians who worked for the film will not be getting any name for the work and Mani Sharma music is good but the narration of the movie is average and Dialogs of Chintapalli Ramana creates ribbles when needed.
Nitin who is bored of routine characters looks new on the screen and his acting still gives us impression for lot of improvement and the heroine Meera Chopra work is visible in this movie. If the movie has released on time, before 2-3 years, then she would have acquired some more chances in Telugu film industry, who acted in ‘Bangaram’ movie with Pawan Kalyan. Kota and Abbas have acted well and Ali, Venu Madhav, Krishna Bhagwan managed to pull out some laughs.
Analysis:
The director has come up with a new story lilne. Though he took complex task, he executed well up to some extent. The film will get a average talk. Initially the story begins with a confusing trend. Later on, it picks up with its different screenplay. Meera Chopra also presented well.
Final Word: The movie which is released now would have got an average talk if at all its release on time ,the worst part of the movie is it has the equal amount of plus and minus points and Nitin’s wait for a hit continues.
