Kirti Reddy was born on 17th November.This Bangalore bred, shy and innocent schoolgirl started career at the tender age of seventeen, while she was studying in Bangalore’s Jiddu Krishnamurthy School. She briefly attended St. Joseph Public School in Hyderabad. She also attended Ryerson University for higher education in Toronto, Canada and Baltimore, U.S.

Coming from a family of politicians, Keerti always wanted to become a part of the glamour world.

She learnt Bharatnatyam for eight long years and had some basic training in classical Karnatic music and classes in diction and voice modulation.

Keethi’s grandfather, Ganga Reddy is an M.P. Her father is an interior designer and mother is an internationally recognized fashion dress designer. Her brother and sister have a wine business. When Keerti expressed a wish to act in films, first her grandfather and then her mom Okayed her decision. Thus began the career of this stunning Andhra girl.

Her debut film was Tera Jadoo Chal Gaya opposite Abhishek Bachchan. After that she had done two more films Pyar, Ishq aur Mohabbat opposite Sunil Shetty, Aftab Shivdasani and Arjun Rampal and Badhai Ho Badhai opposite Anil Kapoor.

Though Keerthi is not a popular Bollywood actress but she is famous for her Telugu movies. She has one hit Telugu film Tholi Prema which was truly the best love story film of all time. She is not a prolific actress and did not make a successful acting career.

Actress Keerthi Reddy’s mother was a dress designer. She is a soft baby faced girl who has shown up exactly like that in her hit film Tholi Prema. She looks irrefutably beautiful in that film but later her glamour quotient died down. She has a good body structure but her acting did not work well. She is also a Bharatanatyam dancer to note. She finally turned into a business-woman when the film Industry didn’t work for her.

A simple girl by heart, she loves doing simple household chores like shopping for groceries, cleaning house and reading. Her favorite actors remain Sanjeev Kumar, Brad Pitt, Michael Douglas and Andy Griffith.

She took lessons in horse riding, salsa and jazz during her free time.

Keerthi Reddy married Sumanth, who is prominent actor in Telugu Film Industry in 2004. They divorced in 2006.
