Nandamuri Balakrishna, there is no need to introduce this name because he is the son of Legendary actor Swargiya Padmasri Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao. the heir to Legendary actor NTR, is the hero of the masses. He needs no introduction to the Telugu audience. Balakrishna, dearly called by his fans as Balayya, stayed away from publicity and never really cared for the media. Though he entered the field because of his father, it's his hard work and dedication that got him a top slot in the industry.

Nandamuri Balakrishna entered in to the film industry at the age of 14 only. NTR and Bhanumathi starred Tatammakala is his debut film. He acted so many films with his father Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao some of them are Annadammula Anubandham and Rowdy Ramudu Konte Krishnudu etc.

Balakrishna got married with Vasundhara Devi in 1982. The couple is blessed with three children Brahmini, Tejaswini and Mokshagna Tarakarama Teja. He was done Mangamma gari manavadu, as his first solo hero. From then onwards he become the hero of the masses. Desodharakudu, Sitarama Kalyanam, Ramudu Bhimudu, Apoorva Sahodarulu, Rakthabhishekam, Muddula Mavayya are some the huge hits in the decade of 90’s.

The films like Samarasimhareddy, Narasimhanaidu which are released in 1999 and 2001 respectively created tollywood history, which proved once again him as box office Bonanza.
