South Indian actor Arjun noted as Action King hero, was born as Arjun Sarja  on the date of Indian Independence Day on 15 August 1964 to a Kannada film star Shakti Prasad acted in Tamil films, who has also appeared in Kannada, Hindi and Telugu films, and acted more than  200 films .Arjun’s father in law Rajesh is a senior actor in Kannada movies and his elder brother Kishor Sarja is a director.

Earlier of his career Arjun opted to become a police officer and was also selected, but later he desired to become film star and debuted with film Putaani Agent 1-2-3 with director Rajender Singh Babu in kannada films. Then Arjun shifted into Tamil and Telugu films.

Arjun’s first debut film in Tamil was ‘NANRI’ and in Telugu Maa Pallelo Gopaludu. His popular movies in Tamil include Gentleman, Otran, Giri, Jayasurya, Ezumali and Muddalvan.

This muscular, dark and handsome young Man Arjun did many films in Kannada, Tamil and Telugu films in more than 200 films. is carrying on with his journey with lot of dedication and hardwork.

Arjun is most popularly known for his movie ‘Hanuman Junction’ in Telugu which was later dubbed into other South Indian languages.

He worked with Malayalam super star Mammoth in a Malayalam film ‘Aruvaadai’ directed by Anwar Husain now.

Arjun has also ventured into direction and also produced some films.

Arjun married to Asha Rani a Kannada movie actress acted in “Rathasapthami” with Shivaraj Kumar. The couple blessed with two beautiful and lovely daughters.
